I just recently attended the Century Bangus Thanksgiving Bloggers Lunch.  As usual, I was one of the earliest.  It took a few minutes before the registration starts.  After signing up I, along with other bloggers lined up to play the first the game.  We were given a piece of paper and was asked to name the spices they prepared by smelling and/or tasting. I got a bad headache after smelling all thirteen spices.

The event was hosted by a beautiful, Izza Calzado look-alike, witty and charming Honey. The program  started with another game.  A Salad Making Contest.  Contestants were given the ingredients and they have to make the best salad they can come up with.  As edible as possible. The salad also has to compliment the taste of the our star product Century Bangus Fillet. I and Richard applied what we have learned from the Asian Institute of Culinary Arts and named our salad PPT Salad (Pwede Pa To!). I was about to suggest IKB Salad or the Insured Ka Ba? Salad. But PPT sounds more appetizing.  Despite our efforts and our expertise we didn’t win.   But I won the guess the spices game and was able to take home their new product line. The Century Bangus Fillet frozen delights.  I love the Bangus Tocino variant.

The winners of the blogging contest were awarded their prizes.   A 32gb iPhone 3GS for each one of them.  I asked one of them if he wanted to swap his iPhone with my Bangus delights.  I was surprised that he declined my offer.

I also was glad to have met my online blogging friends and gained new ones.  Another wonderful blogging event attended.
